A minimum credit score of 620 or higher is required to qualify for the $0 deposit subscription.
The applicant must be 18 years and older, and under 67 years old at the time of application.
Proof of stable income for the last 3 months. Payslips or bank statements required for affordability check.
Valid SA ID book or card, plus Proof of Residence not older than 3 months.
Roof must be structurally sound with good sun exposure. No heavy shading. Site survey will confirm.
